Marjoram
Marjoram comes from the plant called Origanum majorana. The essential oil of Marjoram comes from steam distillation of the leaves and flowers of the plant and has a spicy, warm aroma. The essential oil of marjoram is used in aromatherapy as an analgesic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, tonic, menopausal, tonic for the nervous system and muscles, warming. It is also used in the treatment of constipation, dyspnoea, irritated skin, migraines, depression, reduced sexual desire, conjugate, weak immune, high pressure, inflammation, insomnia and sprains.
